Side Jobber AC Guys
What is a Side Jobber AC Guy?
Side Jobber AC Guys are also what we call “Con Jobbers”. It is when you hire a “side jobber” to do your new ac install. These are usually guys who did not, or could not, get Licensed as an Air Conditioning Contractor. We see these guys make thousands of dollars every year off of their unsuspecting prey.
Why is a “Side Jobber” considered a “Con Jobber”? Because they falsely lead people into believing that they are qualified to do the install. They are not!
In fact, even air conditioning system manufacturers recognize this as a huge problem that faces the industry.
That is why they do not honor warranties for ac units installed by a Side Jobber. Their rules are clear and easy to understand.
For the Parts Warranty to Remain Valid
The AC Install or Repair Must Be Done By A
Licensed AC Contractor!
Do you have the Fred Flintstone AC System Model?
If you have an old heating and air system that you have been considering replacing, we want to help you find an affordable solution. We work with many of the different air conditioner manufacturers and contractors, which means we can find you deals on new units that many other ac companies in Dallas cannot offer.
You just tell us what size your ac unit is, the size of your house, and we can go to work to find you the best deal for you.
You will be able to rest easy knowing that you have hired a fully licensed Air Conditioning Contractor. This means that we have been fully trained, tested and certified to perform all of the necessary tasks it takes to install your new ac system.
By having a licensed AC Contractor perform your installation, your systems factory warranties will all be valid in case of defects and installation errors.
If you get the low down dropout
“Con Jobber” or “Side Jobber” on it,
then your warranties will be void,
and your new air conditioning system
will not be covered.

New air conditioning systems are thousands of dollars. You should not take a chance of losing the coverage of your factory warranty.
Yes, you may save a few hundred dollars on the installation costs, but you don’t want to replace it again out of your own pocket, because of a mistake the “side jobber” did on the install. It cost you thousands of dollars more to replace it!
Do not fall for the side jobber scam, and get a licensed Air Conditioning Contractor on the job.
